Vectis does not sell EOR today. The working surface today is contracts, invoices, wallets, and withdrawals. When the EOR stack ships, the brochure will ship with it, not before.
We run the contract layer between your company and your contractors. Contracts hold the four types (fixed, hourly, milestone, payroll) with type-specific fields. Invoices flow against those contracts with a clean lifecycle. Wallets hold funds per org, per currency. Withdrawals let the contractor pull to their bank with a full audit trail.
That means if you work with contractors in other countries today, Vectis already handles the money. What it does not handle, yet, is local employment under our entity.
Use the four contract types today. When EOR lands you will not have to re onboard anyone. The same org, the same contract records, and the same wallet keep working. Only the legal layer on top gets an upgrade.
