By creating an account or using Vectis you agree to these terms. If you are using Vectis on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Vectis is software for creating contracts, raising and approving invoices, holding funds in a wallet, and booking withdrawals. Vectis is not a bank, not a legal counsel, and not an Employer of Record.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@vectis.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans renew monthly per organization. Fees and caps are listed on the pricing page. You can downgrade at any time; the change takes effect at the next renewal.
You own the data you put into Vectis. We process it to operate the service. Export and deletion are handled on request via the contact page.
Vectis is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vectis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vectis Labs Inc.'s jurisdiction of incorporation. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We update these terms when the product or the law changes. Material changes are announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
